Healing is Our Responsibility to Each Other

Hi!

I’ve been thinking a lot about healing our attachment wounds in the context of community. I am so lucky to have an amazing network of people in my life who are fully on board with doing the work—our individual work, our collective work, and everything in between—and in conversation with these people, I am reminded of not only my care and love for them but of my responsibility to them. My life does not exist in a vacuum. The actions I choose to take and how I show up in the world directly impact my family and my community, and our communities are all connected.

This means that we have a responsibility to one another: to heal, to grow, to rest, and to fulfill our potential to be the most impactful, influential, and most aligned versions of ourselves. It means that the healing work we do is not just about us. It’s about how our wounding shows up in our intimate relationships and how it’s our job to work through our pain so we can bring that healing to the other people in our lives. It means that we have a great responsibility to our world and that it’s time we hold ourselves accountable for what belongs to us. It’s about our legacy. It’s about what we are choosing to pass on, consciously or not.

I believe I owe it to the people I love to navigate the pain of being human in a way that allows me to bring integrity, dignity, wisdom, and hope to my relationships.

I want that for you, too. For us. Which I why I created TEND: A Secure Attachment Deep Dive.

This course is about so much than who we are as individuals. It’s about our roles in our partnerships, our families, and our communities. It’s about understanding yourself in the context of your life and supporting you in feeling grounded, whole, seen, and loved—not only in your relationships but in your view of yourself.

I almost threw this entire course away, if I’m being honest. I’ve been thinking about it for so long, and I couldn’t quite figure out how to communicate the intense emotions I have about the importance of us doing this deeper work. But if this past year and a half has taught me anything, it’s that we have no idea what our future holds. We are in unpredictable times and the worst thing I could do is keep the information that is so important to me from the people I know are on the same page. If I can support you in living in a way that aligns with your values, then I know I have done something meaningful in the midst of all of this, and that matters to me in a way that I can’t quite describe.

This course launches to the First to Know list on Friday. In full transparency, the course will cost $139, but the folks on the First to Know list will be able to access it for $97. The only time it will be this discounted will be during Pay What You Please sales, in November and May. The course will be available to folks not on the list beginning next Wednesday for the full cost.

If you have any questions for me, please reach out. I am so excited to share this with you! I appreciate your support in advance, for trusting me, and for sharing with the people in your life who might benefit.

Warmly,

Elizabeth
