Attachment-focused therapy, workshops, and education to support healthy, loving relationships.

Hi there! I’m Elizabeth. I’m an attachment therapist, coach and mentor, and the author of Attachment Theory Workbook for Couples. I have 10+ years of experience working with people around healing their attachment wounding, understanding their needs and behaviors in relationships, and supporting them in building a foundation of security and confidence so they can show up fully and authentically in every way in their lives.

Our relational patterns are passed down from generation to generation. This means we have the opportunity to heal our entire family line when we show up to do the work in the present moment. My goal is to empower all of us with tools, skills, and knowledge to change our lives and the history of our family and pass on something different—to our own children, our siblings’ children, our friends’ children, our communities—and in the process, heal each other.

Elizabeth Gillette, a youthful woman with brown hair, smiles confidently at the camera as she sits comfortably on her couch in her bright and cheerful office surrounded by plants.

The fact that you are reading this may mean that you are the person in your family line who is here to change the patterns that have been passed down. You are not bound to them. You get to do things differently, and I can support you in that.

The work you do will support all of the relationships in your life, and most importantly, support you in expressing your needs and learning how to ask them to be met in healthy ways. I have your back as you dive into this new way of being and relating. I promise, it’s so worth it.

Looking for 1:1 support outside of the state of North Carolina? I also offer coaching and mentoring.

Every relationship deserves support. My new book will guide you in improving your connection and utilizing attachment theory in a compassionate way.
